The Tehachapi High School (THS) School Site Council is a group of 6 teachers, 6 students, and 6 parents (collectively known as “stakeholders” or “board members”) that meet once a month to review issues at the school and to work on the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) which is based on the TUSD Local Control and Accountbility Plan (LCAP).

The SPSA helps the staff at THS direct their instructional resources to better meet the needs of all the students at THS to foster a wholistic learning environment. To the achieve this goal, the SSC meets once every month and MUST complete the SPSA by the end of the current school year.
